EFT Tapping Sequence: Embracing Change and New Beginnings
Before starting, take a deep breath and focus on the changes or new beginnings you're facing. Rate your anxiety or resistance on a scale of 0-10, with 10 being the highest.
Setup Statement
While tapping on the Karate Chop point, repeat three times:
"Even though I'm feeling uncertain about these changes, I deeply and completely accept myself."
Tapping Sequence
Tap each point 5-7 times while saying the associated phrase:
1. Eyebrow: "This uncertainty about change..."
2. Side of Eye: "I'm not sure if I'm ready..."
3. Under Eye: "Change can be scary..."
4. Under Nose: "What if things don't work out?"
5. Chin: "I'm afraid of the unknown..."
6. Collarbone: "But maybe change can be good..."
7. Under Arm: "What if this leads to something better?"
8. Top of Head: "I'm open to new possibilities..."
Positive Round
Repeat the sequence with these positive affirmations:
1. Eyebrow: "I choose to embrace this change..."
2. Side of Eye: "I am adaptable and resilient..."
3. Under Eye: "I welcome new opportunities..."
4. Under Nose: "I trust in my ability to handle change..."
5. Chin: "Each change is a chance for growth..."
6. Collarbone: "I'm excited about new beginnings..."
7. Under Arm: "I release my fear of the unknown..."
8. Top of Head: "I am ready for positive transformations..."
Take a deep breath and reassess your anxiety or resistance on the 0-10 scale. Repeat the sequence if needed.
