How to prep for my QHHT Session

Preparing for Your QHHT Session
The most important way to prepare for your session is to set your intention from the very moment you decide to schedule your appointment. Your intention is what guides the entire experience.

A simple but powerful statement to repeat to yourself is:

“I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.”

Notice the wording—it’s not “I will have”, but “I have.” This affirms that the connection is already there, ready to be accessed.

You can repeat this intention silently or out loud throughout your day, especially right before bed. A great trick is to place a sticky note on your bathroom mirror so that you see it while brushing your teeth—this small reminder can help reinforce your intention effortlessly.

Preparing Your Questions
Before your session, take time to write down a list of questions or concerns you’d like to explore.  If possible, please email me your list before your appointment, but also bring a physical copy with you.

Organize your questions by priority, starting with the most important ones. We may not have time to get through them all, so having them ranked ensures we cover what matters most to you.

Some people bring just one or two questions, while others have a long list—either way is fine! If you only have a couple of topics to focus on, I also have a list of “standard” questions that I can ask on your behalf.

If any additional questions come up before your session, don’t worry—we can always adjust and refine them when we meet.

Tuning In Before Your Session
🌙 Pay attention to your dreams. They often hold messages that can help guide your session. Writing them down can be useful, even if they don’t make sense right away.

🧘‍♀️ Meditate or create quiet time for yourself. If you don’t already meditate, this is a great time to start. Even just 5-10 minutes of quiet reflection a day can help you settle your mind and strengthen your connection with your Higher Self.

🚶‍♂️ Engage in light physical activity. A gentle walk before your session can help relax your body while keeping your mind alert and open.

🥤 Avoid alcohol and caffeine before your session. Ideally, avoid them the night before as well. However, if you’re a regular coffee drinker, don’t skip it entirely—just keep it minimal so you stay relaxed.

📅 Clear your schedule for the rest of the day. A QHHT session can last anywhere from 3 to 5 hours, sometimes longer, so try to avoid scheduling anything demanding afterward. You’ll want time to process your experience and integrate the insights you’ve received.

After Your Session
A QHHT session feels like taking an incredible journey—almost like stepping into a vivid, guided daydream where you travel across time and space. You may feel deeply relaxed and need some quiet time afterward to absorb everything.

💆‍♀️ Take it easy. Avoid intense activities or commitments for the rest of the day if possible.

🎧 Listen to your session recording. After you leave, I’ll review your audio recording and send you the MP3 file. Listening to it multiple times is key! Even if you consciously remember everything right after the session, details can fade—just like a dream.

Re-listening allows you to:

✅ Hear guidance and insights you may have forgotten
✅ Deepen the healing and reinforcement of messages from your Higher Self
✅ Strengthen the alignment between your conscious mind and Higher Self

📂 Download your session and keep a backup copy so you can revisit it anytime.

A Few Final Thoughts
💛 Every session is unique. Your Higher Self knows exactly what you need, and it will only reveal what you’re ready for.

💛 Healing happens in divine timing. While some experience instant healing, others may receive guidance for a process that unfolds over time. Trust that whatever happens is for your highest good.

💛 This is a safe and supportive process. You are always in control, and everything is done with love, respect, and deep care.
